Professionally: I have 3 years of mental health counseling experience. I have worked with children and adults, ages ranging from 7-70 years old. I have experience in giving and interpreting diagnostic assessments, such as objective and cognitive testing. I have worked in the grief counseling field helping clients cope with the death of their husband, wife, child, or friend. I am currently being clinically supervised in order to earn  licensure as a mental health counselor.

Therapeutic Style: My main therapeutic style is Roger's client-centered approach. I believe in "being in the moment" with each client. I believe I am there as a guide, not to give advice, but to listen. As a counselor, I base my therapeutic approaches/counseling skills on the client's individual needs.
