The Choice is Yours...
A face to face counseling session is not always convenient or preferred. With the internet age comes convenience and choice in so many areas of our lives. So many things are at our fingertips, including counseling. From the privacy and convenience of home one can choose to engage in email counseling, and telephonic counseling. Costs are lower because normal therapist office expenses are gone.
Face to face counseling may cost more, and it may be less convenient, but, it is usual worth it. For various reasons not the least of which is that more information is available to the counselor from verbal and non-verbal cues. The greater intimacy is usually an aid in the development of authentic relationships, but it can also be a barrier to some and a irrelevant to others.. Face to face counseling is strongly recommended to all those with the means and inclination. However, you may not need or desire to meet face to face. You may only want or need a few email sessions. Many have resolved issues in as few as three email sessions, some a few more, some with a mixture of other mediums.
Telephone sessions and video phone session are closer to face to face than email or chat, but also a little more intimate. More cues are available to the counselor such as verbal inflection, and emotional pitch.
Email therapy or eTherapy is becoming more and more popular. With the internet age comes convenience and choice in so many areas of our lives. You may be able to get everything you need with just a few sessions, you may need more, and you may desire ongoing email counseling. You may also decide to move to phone, skype, or in-person counseling.

This is an outstanding organization, they have very good counselors, therapists, and case managers.
